Evaluations - Both yours and the students
At the end of the class, you invite the participants fill in the course evaluation form, and you also fill in your own class report. This is important and necessary for your delivery to be considered complete.
The evaluation form is available at cornerstone.se/utv. However, for some official curriculums there are specific evaluations to use:
- For official Microsoft courses we use Metrics That Matter (MTM) and the evaluations are at cornerstone.se/MTM. Should your class not appear at the MTM link, refer to the cornerstone.se/utv evaluation.
- For Cisco classes, you will recieve a specific URL from Cisco. Share this URL with the students during the last day of the class. After completing the survey the student will recieve access to class completion certificates and badges from Cisco.

When is the right time?
Sometimes the participants leave in a hurry after the course, so it might be a good idea to let the participants do the evaluation in connection with the last coffee break. If the course is half a day or shorter, participants do not normally make an evaluation.

As mentioned above, your class report is found through the link cornerstone.se/classreport. It is important that this is filled out, so that we get your feedback! Also, please note and report any training needs that might have arisen, so that our sales staff receive information about this. The next course in the track is usually determined by our sales staff in the student follow-up, but we do appreciate value-adding information, such as "Have two colleagues who need the same training", "The company is about to upgrade to Windows 10 and Office 2016", "Will introduce ITIL".
