Om utbildningen
Kursen behandlar administration av Microsoft 365-miljöer med särskild tonvikt på säkerhet, governance och AI. Du arbetar med konfiguration av tjänster, licenser och behörigheter samt identitets- och åtkomsthantering i Microsoft Entra ID. Du får också arbeta med skydd mot hot i Microsoft Defender och informationsskydd i Microsoft Purview.
En central del av kursen handlar om att förbereda och administrera Microsoft 365 Copilot och AI-agenter. Du lär dig att hantera agentidentiteter med Microsoft Entra Agent ID, registrera och styra agenter samt övervaka deras aktivitet och behörigheter med Microsoft Agent 365.

Kursen vänder sig till IT-tekniker och systemadministratörer som redan arbetar med Microsoft 365 och vill utveckla sin kompetens inom säkerhet, governance och administration av AI-tjänster. Den passar särskilt dig som ansvarar för att konfigurera, skydda och förvalta Microsoft 365-miljöer där Microsoft 365 Copilot och AI-agenter används eller planeras att införas.
Du bör ha praktisk erfarenhet av administration av Microsoft 365-tjänster och Microsoft Entra ID. Du förväntas också ha en grundläggande förståelse för säkerhetsfunktionerna i Microsoft Defender XDR samt kännedom om Microsoft Graph PowerShell.
