Business Opportunities and Extra Hours

Sometimes, your contact with our customer leads to extra work during the delivery, and it might also lead to additional business. 

It's important that this is handled according to our business relation to both you and our customer.

Extra hours during class

During private class deliveries, the customer might have special requests regarding content that might generate extra hours for you. These can not be invoiced unless agreed upon beforehand between the customer and our sales representative. The reason for this is the culture of the training business, where we always offer a fixed price to the customer and will not be able to do any additional invoicing ourselves unless we sign an additional or updated agreement.

Extra business assignments

Generally, any further training business that comes out of your contact with the students should be handled through Cornerstone. If any of the students bring up the need for additional training for them or any of their colleagues, you are expected to refer to Cornerstone and report this back to us.

Should the customer reach out to you directly for a possible consulting assignments, you are expected to inform Cornerstone, preferably the product manager, so we can have a say regarding the nature of the assignment.
