Cornerstone Training Facilities
The vast majority of our classes are delivered in our own training centers, which are located in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö.
Arrangement and routines might vary between the different training centers. Make sur you find your eay around the student areas and know the local basics, such as where to find restrooms and local lunch routines.
Classrooms
The classrooms names follow a local theme for example deities, cities or local tivoli attractions. Try to keep the classroom locked when empty, eg on breaks. In some of our centers you will get a code to share with the students, but these routines might vary so check with the reception staff.
Lab environment
Lab environment will be provided by Cornerstone unless otherwise communicated. The environment might be on your local maching or hosted by Cornerstone or an external lab provider. The routines for accessing a remote environment might differ and will be communicated by Cornerstone or our hosting partner.
If Cornerstone is hosting the labs, the PowerPoint presentations that belong to official Microsoft courses can usually be found in a directory on the desktop called "Instructor", and you will also have a desktop folder that is shared with your students. We also recommend using a free cloud service, such as www.sprend.com for sharing of files up to 2GB.
Network and Access
For local lab environments, common local usernames are Administrator or the name of the local computer, depending on if you log on to a domain or your local computer. Some common Admin passwords are "lurs", "Pa$$w0rd" and [blank].
WiFi
The wireless guest network is named CS-guest and the password is Energeni.
Emergencies and Evacuation
There is an evacuation plan at the front doors. If the fire alarm goes off, each trainer is responsible for their course participants getting out accordingly. Keep track of how many participants you have on the course and make sure everyone comes along. If the alarm goes off, don't use the elevator but the stairs. At the collection point, you will be expected to report, and be held accountable for, any missing students.
