Class Delivery

Below you find some quick and basic information regarding how things work when delivering training for Cornerstone and our customers.

Class Time

Standard class time is 9:00-16:30 CET

The Training Center Reception is manned between 08:30 and 17:00.

As a trainer you can be let in from 08:00. At first day, ensure you arrive on time so that you can check the arrangements and lab environment before class.

Coffee, Tea, Fika and Breaks

Coffee, tea, fruits and cookies will be available between 08:30 and 16:00. See to that your students get two additional coffee breaks per day, apart from the lunch before class. One break is usually 15 minutes.

Lunch

For classroom courses, Cornerstone will provide lunch for you and your local students at a nearby restaurant. Most common is that this is done with cupons, but routines and options might differ between training centers, see to that you get local information from the reception.

At Cornerstone, general

Try to sit down with the students on their breaks to break the ice and pick up issues you might want to address. This is most important during the first few days of class.

Should any student like to be in contact with their sales rep, bring this to the reception. Do not walk the students into the office area, as there might be information there that is to be considered company secrets.

Check student attendance

It’s important that we keep track of the student attendance. A few days before the class, you will receive a list of the participants via e-mail.

  • When the class begins, check that all the students are present and make a note of any discrepancies.
  • Make sure that you report attendance back to us during the first day of the class, by responding to the e-mail you were sent.

Evaluations - Both yours and the students

At the end of the class, you invite the participants fill in the course evaluation form, and you also fill in your own class report. This is important and necessary for your delivery to be considered complete. Here are the links and guidelines:
