Your Role as a Trainer
Your class delivery is the most important meeting we have with our customer, and for better or worse, your profile will be tangled with ours. Remember that you are always representing Cornerstone when giving a Class.
During training assignments, you are always expected to act professionally. You need to be well acquainted with Cornerstone's activities, and provide this type of information to the participants. As a trainer, you may tell the participants briefly about your company and mention that you also performs consulting work. However, you should not hand out printed business cards.
Dress Code
How you look and dress is important for how you are perceived, and you might need to adjust to the class - Try to level with the participants, but rather be a little more well-dressed than the other way around.
Trainer Profile
Prior to some training assignments, Cornerstone's customers request a trainer profile. Please keep your profile updated, so that we don't risk missing any common business opportunities.

If you create your own PowerPoint presentations for courses or seminars, please use the

Additional Hours and Business
Sometimes, your contact with our customer leads to extra work during the delivery, and it might also lead to additional business.
