Your Role as a Trainer

Your class delivery is the most important meeting we have with our customer, and for better or worse, your profile will be tangled with ours. Remember that you are always representing Cornerstone when giving a Class.

During training assignments, you are always expected to act professionally. You need to be well acquainted with Cornerstone's activities, and provide  this type of information to the participants. As a trainer, you may tell the participants briefly about your company and mention that you also performs consulting work. However, you should not hand out printed business cards.

Dress Code

How you look and dress is important for how you are perceived, and you might need to adjust to the class - Try to level with the participants, but rather be a little more well-dressed than the other way around.

Trainer Profile

Prior to some training assignments, Cornerstone's customers request a trainer profile. Please keep your profile updated, so that we don't risk missing any common business opportunities.

In-class Materials

If you create your own PowerPoint presentations for courses or seminars, please use the
Cornerstone template. You can download the presentation template here.
